ORDERING

CAN I ADD DETAILS TO MY WEBSITE APPAREL ORDERS?

Yes, you can add additional details on your ordered products such as names, initials or numbers. There will be an additional cost of £2 for each detail on each piece of apparel. 

For example: you want to add name and number on 3 jerseys – additional costs will be £12.

HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

Every product has a different turnaround time.

  1. Place your order with us through the website via email (sales@headhuntersport.com) for team wear.

  2. If it is a bespoke item we send you a design sheet and an order details sheet. You confirm that the design sheet is correct – right colours; badges, logos positioned correctly. You email us to tell us it’s good to go.

  3. We will send you an invoice for payment.

  4. Once we have received your payment, we start making your order. The turnaround time is measured from this point.

  5. You receive your order, either all at once, or in parcels if you’re ordered things with different turnarounds.

Headhunter Sport will make every effort to ensure that the kits you ordered are exactly as you want them and are delivered to you within the specified delivery time. However there may be occasions where, for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to meet the agreed delivery date. In this case we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of any delays that would affect the timing of your order.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR CUSTOM TEAM WEAR?

The minimum initial order quantity is 5 garments. However, this can be across a range of sizes and there is no minimum order quantity for re-orders.

HOW ARE YOUR KITS SIZED?

The best way to find your size is to use our online sizing guide. Our garments are measured to fit the body, so the measurements shown are for the garments themselves.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR EXTRA COLOURS AND LOGOS?

Unlike many manufacturers we do not charge per colour or logo. Headhunter Sport can print as many colours and logos onto your team’s sublimated rugby kit as you want, at no additional charge.

ARE THERE EXTRA FEES SUCH AS SETUP CHARGES?

All fees on a standard order will be included in the quoted price. To get the best quality custom rugby kit, we recommend using vector graphics for logos. If you need any logos re-drawn, this is charged at an hourly rate of £10, based on the complexity of the design.

WHAT FILE TYPE SHOULD WE SEND LOGOS IN?

We accept logos in hi-resolution jpeg, vector or eps files. We can offer a design and re-draw service if required (at an additional fee).

CAN I GET A SIZING KIT FOR THE TEAM TO TRY ON?

We have sizing bundles available for all product cuts across the Headhunter Sport range, which may be kept for up to three weeks. Get in touch today to arrange a rugby kit fitting for your team/club.

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE OUR RUGBY JERSEYS ARE DELIVERED?

Stock Products – Subject to stock availability will be shipped within three working days so you should receive your goods within 4 to 6 weeks.

Bespoke Rugby Kit – Having confirmed your order and made the payment, your bespoke rugby kit will arrive at your door within 4 weeks.

All orders are shipped using Tracked Delivery.

We endeavour for all orders to reach customers within 3-4 weeks of date of order. However at peak times of the year i.e. Christmas, New Year, this may be longer. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us on sales@headhuntersport.com.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We have a number of delivery options, depending on your order and the level of personalisation you have requested. All orders are shipped with FedExusing a fully traceable 3 days service. If your order is urgent, we do have a number of premium shipping options including Saturday delivery and International shipping. Please speak to your production manager for a personalised quote.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do. Once your order has been received and processed, the turnaround time for your order is 4-6 weeks.

PAYMENTS

CUSTOM TEAM WEAR ORDERS

For custom rugby team wear orders we generate an invoice for your order, which you can pay via Bank Transfer, or Merchant Suite. Your order will not be put into production until your payment has cleared and the clearing takes 3 working days. On receipt of payment and the order confirmation we will put your order into production and from then the lead time will be 3 to 4 weeks. When your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email with tracking information.

Payment Methods – Bank Transfer, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro or American Express.

RETURNS

RETURNING ITEMS TO HEADHUNTER SPORT

Bespoke rugby kits are “made to order” and is only put into production when we receive customer approval of all order details. Headhunter Sport is unable to offer refunds or accept returns of bespoke rugby teamwear orders that have been pre-approved by the customer. Rest assured, our production practices includes quality control checks and processes to ensure that only the best quality kits reach you door.

Headhunter Sport is also unable to accept returns or offer refunds for stock garments which have been altered/created for an approved customer order. We can offer a refund or exchange on any unaltered stock product within 14 days of delivery. If you have ordered unaltered stock products online or by telephone and you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and you must return goods within 14 days of notification.

In a situation where Headhunter Sport has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 24 days of delivery.

Notification of an issue/fault with a bespoke order must be made by phone or email to Headhunter Sport within 7 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage of the product will be charged to the customer.

We do not accept and cannot process any returns without a returns number and accompanying documentation which will be provided after notification. Any items returned incorrectly will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request a returns number please contact +673 875 3330 or emailsales@headhuntersport.com. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as Headhunter Sport cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

In the unfortunate case where there are shortages and damages in transit, the customer must notify us no later than 3 working days after receipt of the goods. Headhunter Sport shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any carrier, nonetheless, we will try out best to rectify any problems that may have arose.
